The yoga studio is a very intimate setting where you feel like you’re getting personal attention in a small group setting. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

 

Hatha Yoga – Hatha Yoga is one of the most common forms of yoga, where you explore many poses for increased strength, vitality, and balance. All levels.

Winter Classes are held on Mondays from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. and on Thursdays from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. All levels

Gentle Yoga – As the name implies, this is a very gentle form of yoga.  In this class, the instructors will help yoga become more accessible for you.  Suitable for everyone, no matter your level of flexibility.  Chairs are available for use.  No prior yoga experience necessary.

Restorative Yoga – Restorative Yoga uses props to help you relax in the postures to stimulate your relaxation response and re-balance your nervous system.

Classes are held on a random basis on Saturdays

Yin Yoga – This class is a very passive class where you focus on relaxing in poses to release muscle tension, then connective tissue, then staying in the poses to help stretch tight areas of your body.  No prior yoga experience necessary.
